Community administration
Main functions that, among others, we carry out in our capacity as Secretaries-Administrators:
- Preparation and presentation of annual budgets for ordinary and extraordinary
expenses. - Preparation and presentation of expense settlements
- Call and attendance at general meetings (ordinary and extraordinary)
- Preparing and sending the corresponding protocol.
- Notifications and follow-up until completion of all repairs and incidents that occur.
- Preparation and collection of special levies and balances that are approved by the
communities. - Claim of pending and delayed payments from defaulting debtors.
- Proceeding necessary procedures before the corresponding official organizations.
- Obtain financing and / or subvention to undertake remodeling or improvement works in the communities.
- Constitution and drafting of community statutes.
- Tax management (VAT, personal income tax …)

- Counselling of the current market price of your asset.
- Obtaining the Habitability Certificate and Energy Certificate

- Control and payment of supplies, services and property taxes.
- Monthly presentation of the statement of accounts.
